SupportCALL iSP Settings

Most of these settings should be auto-detected, but in case you need to manually setup your devices here are the settings you might need.

Mail Client Manual Settings

If you do not see an auto-configuration script for your client in the list above, you can manually configure your mail client using the settings below.

Secure SSL/TLS Settings (Recommended)

Setting Value
Username - johndoe@supportcall.co.za
Password - Use the email account's password.
Incoming Server (IMAP) - mail.supportcall.co.za - Port: 993
Incoming Server (POP3) - mail.supportcall.co.za - Port: 995
Outgoing Server (SMTP) - mail.supportcall.co.za - Port: 465

Non-SSL/TLS Settings (NOT Recommended)

Setting Value
Username - johndoe@supportcall.co.za
Password - Use the email account's password.
Incoming Server (IMAP) - mail.supportcall.co.za - Port: 143
Incoming Server (POP3) - mail.supportcall.co.za - Port: 110
Outgoing Server (SMTP) - mail.supportcall.co.za - Port: 587

ISP Specific Mail Settings
